Eligibility for Refunds/Remakes:

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product.
  • Missing Items: If your order is incomplete.

You must contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage. Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery.


Claim Procedure

To file a claim, please follow these steps:

    • Attach well-lit, focused photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims without photo evidence cannot be processed.
  2. Contact Us:

    • Please put your Order Number, Name, Contact Number, and any other details that can help us.
    • Clearly state whether you prefer a refund or a remake to avoid unnecessary delays.
  3. Wait for a Response:

    • Our support team will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours.


Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If the amount does not reflect after this period, contact your bank for more details.
